Red Earth Spa

Red Earth Spa is a full service spa with six treatment rooms. The Spa also features an esthetics room with two manicure stations and two pedicure chairs. Spa clients also have full access to the Hotel’s hot pool and exercise room. The spa has a number of areas for clients to relax before, in-between or after a treatment. Come join us at Banff’s only full service Spa on Banff Avenue.

Location and Hours of Operation

The Red Earth Spa is located in the Banff Caribou Lodge at 521 Banff Avenue. The spa’s hours of operation are 10:00 am – 8:00 pm daily.

Appointments

Online appointments must be made a min 48 hours in advance. If you are looking to book within 48 hours, please call the spa directly at (403) 762-9292 or 1 (866) 379-0025. Couples and package bookings are available over the phone only.

The serenity and quietness of the spa environment is important to all our guests. Please refrain from using cell phones or other electronic devices while in the spa.

Refreshed and Recharged

I had an amazing experience here! The rock massage was incredibly relaxing and professional my muscles felt so much better afterward. The pool and sauna were also a bonus. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. The whole environment was calm and welcoming, with friendly staff and a fresh, inviting vibe. I left feeling refreshed and completely recharged. secluded tranquil time-out

If your after a secluded tranquil time-out spa treatment while your in Banff, then Red Earth Spa is the place to go.

My husband and I each had a foot massage which was super lovely and a nice way to finish off a day of walking around during the summer heat in Banff.

We were lucky enough to walk straight in and get an appointment however this isn’t usual so I would recommend making a booking so you don’t miss out.

Gratuities and Taxes

Gratuities are at your discretion. 5% GST will be added to all prices shown. Group bookings will be subject to an automatic 18% gratuity.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the treatment time will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Group cancellations are subject to policies as noted in the individual group contracts.
