Where did you get your start? I was raised in Canmore and love the mountains and the lifestyle, so it was natural to attend massage school in Calgary.
Why did you choose Massage Therapy? I enjoy working with people and helping them feel better.
For Fun: I love to be outside. I like to spend time with friends, family and my pups.

How did you get your start? I studied and graduated at Makami College, Edmonton as an RMT in December 2021.
Why did you choose massage therapy? I chose massage therapy to help and share my passion to elevate each individual’s well-being and to be connected with people. I also wanted to share my hands “magic touch” with our clients for them to have a pain-free and sound mind and body.
For Fun: I love to travel and explore new places. I also love to cook and eat together with my children and hang out with my friends and now with my grandson.

Aesthetician
After graduating university in Montreal, I came to Banff for a summer job. Fast forward 30 years, I am a long time local that never tires of the beautiful Canadian Rockies.
I worked at several restaurants and even a heli skiing company but decided to pursue a new career in aesthetics. I studied at several colleges including the Wildrose college and the University of Calgary. I have enjoyed my career at the Red Earth Spa for the past 18 years. Boy time flies when you’re having fun.
When I’m not working I enjoy simple things like walking and biking around our beautiful little town.
